S P A C E D  O U T embodies a new doctrine in the design / build community by providing a platform for optimum client involvement, creating modern, lifestyle-driven spaces.  We support the client who wishes to design and sub-contract his or her own project by providing the resources, consultation services, and project management essential to custom construction.  

Taylor Deering started S P A C E D  O U T in 2012 to connect homeowners with vendors and contractors who anticipate and overcome the unique challenges that arise with a modern custom home.  Through managing commercial construction and renovating residences in Washington, DC, and Los Angeles, Taylor compiled an exceptional team of tradesmen and women passionate about modern projects.  

In 2013, S P A C E D  O U T partnered with John Thompson, a Maryland builder who thinks outside the box and specializes in building them.
